Shipping policy

All of Ellie's merchandise is shipped world-wide at no extra cost. Standard surface mail by the local postal carrier is generally used for local transport of items. Items produced overseas are shipped via air or sea, depending on the suppliers' policies. All orders are tracked. If your local carrier services tend to leave deliveries at the door when you aren't home, be mindful that refunds cannot be given for items that were stolen after successful delivery. Ensure your delivery location has a safe place to leave deliveries if you aren't present when they arrive.
