Refund policy
Ellie wants you to be happy with your product. In cases of non-delivery, when the wrong item is delivered, or if the item arrives damaged, these matters are generally resolved easily with an exchange or refund. The delivery of each order is tracked, and the product/print quality is assured by the supplier.
All of Ellie's merchandise is Print-on-Demand. This means that it is only created after you order it. If you change your mind after the item is created, it may not be possible to exchange or refund your order. This is a decision that will be made by the Print-on-Demand manufacturer.

You may be requested to provide photos of any reported issues.
Please also keep in mind that some items may take longer to arrive than others. This is due to the time it takes to create the item, and where it may be coming from. Most clothing items are made locally. Jigsaw puzzles and other, less common, items may be created overseas.
